In early 2003 I was offered an opportunity to create a new service to answer the growing threat of identity theft. Generali and Europ Assistance Group’s previous history of travel assistance and customer care shaped that product into the Identity Theft Resolution Service.
In the years that followed that product expanded, evolved and is now a growing product line for Europ Assistance. This product line created jobs for hundreds of people and many of them, including me, have grown professionally because of this. More than $100 million has already been contributed to the group’s net operating results over the past 18 years. And, most importantly we are, on a daily basis, protecting the financial and emotional well-being of millions of people worldwide.
