I have now been working for the Generali Group for almost 18 years and I have experienced a lot with Generali, and Generali with me 😊.
Actually, it feels like I’ve been connected to Generali since birth.
Why? I was actually born in the place where I work today! Because there used to be a hospital on the Generali campus in Aachen and the delivery room used to be exactly where the building I work in is now.
As in every relationship in life, there have been ups and downs so far, but we have made this “together” as our history and I have enjoyed it very much!
Change of groups, departments, managers, company names, offices, locations on the one hand, but through this also enlargement of the network, getting to know new colleagues, building of long-standing friendships and many great experiences such as joint celebrations, workshops, trainings or even business trips on the other hand. I was always happy about new challenges and it has never been boring between us.
As in many relationships, at some times you are in an absolutely positive mood, enthusiastic about the other side and on other days you are sometimes disappointed, sad or even frustrated. I have gone through many emotions with and at Generali and hope for many more experiences.
In good times and also bad times, Generali and I have “stuck together” and even in difficult phases we could count on each other’s support! 😉
